We want to ensure your satisfaction with every product you purchase from Sage SOLION.
If a product you purchase does not perform to the highest standard, you will receive an immediate replacement or credit.

Return of Merchandise

Products that do not perform to your standards can be returned for immediate replacement or credit.
No merchandise can be accepted without prior return authorization from Sage SOLION, and must be done so within 45 days of invoice date. Defective product returns must be made within 90 days of invoice date.

Returns of any non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus the cost of freight.

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid, and products being returned must be in original packaging and in resalable condition to receive credit.
